Eighteen years ago, Jim joined OutsideClinic, embarking on a journey filled with challenges and opportunities. His dedication to our mission of improving the lives of vulnerable individuals through vision and hearing care has left a mark on our organisation. In his current role as Regional Support Team Manager, Jim's leadership and expertise are pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. His guidance and dedication have significantly enhanced our service quality and efficiency.

Jim has witnessed numerous milestones and changes during his tenure with OutsideClinic. He has worked in various offices as the company expanded, played a key role in the establishment of our Professional Services and Clinical Services departments, and witnessed the birth and growth of our Audiology team.

But for Jim, his current role feels tailor made to him. He loves the feeling of making a difference, not only to patients in need of eye and hearing care but also to his team through support, guidance, and training. He is proud to have developed friendships and great partnerships along his journey.
