IQIPS sets comprehensive requirements across several key domains: Leadership, Safety, Clinical, Patient Experience, and Facilities & Resources. Our recent IQIPS accreditation underscores our dedication to meeting these high standards in everything we do.

Our journey with IQIPS started with Version 1 in April 2018, and since 2020, our team has worked diligently to transition to Version 2. Led by Ian McKendrick, Audiology Clinical Lead, and Carole Oliver, the transition team was supported by colleagues across the business, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved.
