This informal chat is not only an opportunity for us to get to know you better but also a chance for you to ask us any questions about our business and determine if we are the right fit for you. Connecting face-to-face or virtually

At this stage, depending on the position you are applying for, we will arrange either a face-to-face interview or a virtual interview via Zoom/Teams. This interview serves as an opportunity for you to meet other team members and for them to learn more about you, fostering a two-way exchange of information. We believe in creating a comfortable and inclusive environment where you can showcase your skills and experience while getting to know our team. Optometrists: Real-Life experience

For our optometrist candidates, they will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of optometry at OutsideClinic through a captivating shadow day. Meet with an optometrist near you, observe real-life patient interactions, discover our supportive environment, engage with our team, and make an informed choice about joining our dynamic organisation. Our recruitment team will organise everything for you and be in touch following your shadow day for your feedback and to answer any queries.

Job offer and Contract Processing

After a successful interview and/or shadow day (depending on the position applied for), our recruitment team will be in touch with an exciting offer. Take your time to consider it, as we understand the importance of making an informed decision. While you deliberate, our team will handle the necessary paperwork and prepare your employment contract.
